NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
We realize that treatment/training often requires multiple visits over several weeks/months and schedules are not always flexible. We allow a ONE-TIME pass for a no show/late cancellation of any FOLLOW UP appointment. Failure to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or complete no show any time after will result in a full price fee for each offense. Patients/clients will be unable to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid in full.
**NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION OF AN INITIAL EXAMINATION/TREATMENT IS SUBJECT TO FULL PRICE FEE BEFORE BOOKING OF ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENT.**
*Please note Medicare DOES NOT cover the chiropractic examination performed at the first visit and patient’s are subject to pay the initial exam fee of $150 on the date of service.*
